MIEPO discussed priority directions of economic cooperation between Moldova and Italy for 2013
Representatives of Italian business associations in Moldova (Chamber of Commerce and Industry Moldova-Italy, Chamber of Commerce Italy-Moldova, Confindustria Moldova), along with H.E., Mr. Enrico Nunziata, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Italy to the Republic of Moldova, discussed and agreed on priority directions of cooperation for 2013 with Moldovan Investment and Export Promotion Organization (MIEPO), during the meeting held on February 6 2013 in MIEPO office.

New Free Trade Agreement with Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia and Kazakhstan and the Republic of Moldova entered into force in 2013
The Free trade agreement between Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) members, signed in 2011 at Sankt Petersburg and approved by the Republic of Moldova Parliament on 27th of September 2012, entered this year into force.
This agreement entry into force will stimulate the regional trade relations, facilitate the investment attraction and contribute to the exchange of technology and innovation among signatory states, CIS members.
